Awards Dinner venue and Date

I am trying to arrange the 2022 season awards dinner at a venue that does not want to bankrupt everyone. 

I have managed to provisionally book the Jurys Inn Hotel Hinkley Island (LE103JA) for Sat evening 28th Jan 2023. Everyone is welcome and there will be prizes and other stuff like a raffle and auction as long as we get good support and attendance. So could anyone who wants to attend please contact me asap

Dinner is £35 a head and include 3 course meal and wine on the table.

Rooms are available at £100 single occupancy and £115 for a double occupancy
