@Ian - thanks, I have only just been able to pick this up so not possible this time round. I will do my bestest to be there in Sept! 
 

My route home from work takes me within a mile of the GP but rarely - it seems - at a sociable enough hour!

don't feel you've got to turn up bang on 7:30pm.  Sometimes we go for a run, but it's normally published.
