Searching for Q419VWP

Good afternoon all. I haven’t owned a Westfield in many years after I parted ways with my red 99 Se that I recovered after rotting under a tarp for many years.

the vehicle itself was a lovely Westfield red with black Westfield graphics on the side and rear, carbon interior panels and powered by a 2.0lt ZEtEC running on 38mm keihn carbs.

It was a vehicle that a very good friend and myself rebuilt as a project and I would love to find out where the vehicle is now.
Ive seen from the gov website that she was MoTd this year and so must still be road worthy.

just wondering if any of you fine people own this vehicle and would like to get in touch.

Many thanks

Calling @fossett to the thread please - it would appear he’s got the car out in Suffolk.  He hasn’t been in the forums for a few weeks now, so you may have to be patient. 😄

clearly as I’m only a non paying member I can’t Pm him but are you able to drop him a Pm/email just to alert him to this thread?

I’ll do that for you with my Administrator hat on 😎

Hi @Callinswood

Thanks for the shout @Scott Young (Captain Colonial) - Club Secretary

Q419VWP is very much in the land of the living - complete with its fresh MOT.

Since getting the car (8 years now) I have done so much work, it's been so rewarding.

.

I did find a pic on this forum of the car with the Westfield stickers, but they were gone when I got the car from a guy in Spalding.

I have had contact from another previous owner from this forum too.

You can catch up with some of my shenanigans at my blog here

Here's a photo from the pistonheads ad from when I got the car.

If you want to have a video call and see the car or chat, just let me know.

@fossettthanks for getting back to me. The new wheels certainly change its appearance. I don’t know if I can receive PMs on here as a non paying member (maybe you know). If I can, fire me your number and I will drop you a WhatsApp to chat, failing that feel free to add me on Facebook (Nick Callinswood).

will be good to chat about what’s changed with the car and where she came from.

Thanks again
