Thanks for posting this @Captain Colonial it is most informative.

 

I have found a rich vein of educational websites on the Internet which also have videos covering the similar subject titles. A lot of the videos appear to be of the home made "hands on" instructional type. You can see that everyone is trying there hardest to show how it is done, with lots of useful close-ups. 

 

I would caution club members to be careful when on these websites, as just like this site there is always someone with a bigger fast tool than you have, which can lead to envy.
