Fuel Filler Cap

Bit of a stupid trick today resulting in a lost fuel filler cap and a black flag! 
 

Need a replacement fuel filler cap if anyone has a spare before I order something.

 

Or if anyone is at Cadwell soon, it’s in the grass on the right hand side where you join the track 😁 reward for its safe return.

if it’s the usual Westfield supplied one, as used on cars from at least the early 2000’s on. You can get lots of spares direct from the makers, Newtons (I’ve had spare keys etc from them before now.)

 

They’re not a budget manufacturer it’s true, but they’ve always been really helpful when I’ve dealt with them.

I could wait until 16th September @Rush Motorsport and get someone to pick it up from the side of the track on one of the many red flags

 Are these classed as Aero 300 Dave? Newtons have given me another number top call but I want to make sure were on the same sheet.

Aero 300 does seem to ring a bell. I can’t measure mine just yet, but will have a look later this evening when I get home, if it helps.

I can measure the filler opening once I remove my anti-leak rag and gaffer tape!
