Hi @BigSkyBrad, I just had a look at your account, and I logged in as you, but experienced no slow-ness of any kind.  I did notice that the forum software thinks your profile is not complete, so maybe try that first?

Nope, it was a fluke - it's gone back to laughing at me.

This has taken 25 mins to post.

Speed tester can't complete an upload speed test.

Which one?

Are you testing using a wired or wireless device? What operating system, Android, IOS, Windows or something else?

How is your broadband delivered? Phone-line or co-ax or 4g/4g or satellite or something else?

There's lots of moving parts to consider and as there don't seem to be a lot of people having a similar experience so lets do some testing. I do like a bit of remote troubleshooting...

Phone line - test results were 40+ download, 15 upload but couldn't complete.

Phone and tablet on android and opera, laptop on wireless and firefox and edge.

I've rebooted the modem (Plusnet) and cleared the history, cache, etc multiple times.

The thing is, I get the same 'laughing at me' at work on my work desktop. And whether at home or work, it's just the WSCC forum I have trouble with - other forums I post on are fine!?

Work desk top is Windows? Apple? Linux?

Home desktop/PC is Windows? Apple? Linux?

Phones are Androind? IOS (Apple)? Windows (god forbid...)

Do you use the same browser between machines, IE do you use Chrome or Fireforx or Safari or Edge, and are you signed in to an account like Google or Apple that might link the browsers across your platforms?

Let me state here and now I have no insight in to the Boardroom or website server(s) but my assumption (yes I know I shouldn't assume) is that if there are not a raft of similar issues being reported then I suspect it's a "local" porblem which is why I'm asking a lot of questions. I'm a network / inetrnet engineer by trade and that includes sometimes fault finding troublesome internet sites...
