Gary Taylor Posted July 17, 2021 Author Share Posted July 17, 2021 Another red letter day out, John popped over-at 9.30ish and we headed south down glenrinnes then up and over the lecht to Glenshee where we had a wee break chatting to some other petrol heads, then pushing on southwards we then cut west out over the moors to Pitlochry for fuel and a nature break onwards to Rannoch station ( a pet hate is wild campers who leave their cars half out on a single track road and there were quite a few !! ) arriving at Rannoch station we discovered there was an hour wait to be seated , so after a quick discussion we backtracked to Kinloch Rannoch and a lovely wee cafe. Suitably refreshed we cut out over Trinafour moor and then pushed up the main road for a bit before cutting off up speyside and homewards, arriving home a little windswept and sunburnt but very happy after a full day out  1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
