somewhere around 275 and maybe a tad higher depending on what you like.

i ended up with 275 as a nice ride over the rubbish roads we have now, xflow powered here so weights not that dissimilar to a cvh..

Is it a standard track or wide track car as the motion ratio makes a huge difference as to the springs required. 225 is very soft for either with a car engine

I would be using 300lbs to 350 lbs

If you have the adjustment scope I have some 8" 275lb Faulkner springs and am in south Liverpool, not new but tidy enough.
