Gary Taylor Posted January 3, 2021 Share Posted January 3, 2021 Hi folks trying to gauge interest if anybody would be interested in a private day at Kames motorsport in Ayrshire ? provisionally 6 June and 15 august. 9-4.30 limited to 15 cars, cost £450 divided by number of cars which equates to roughly 1 run an hour there’s a clubhouse and kitchen there. it’s a tight twisty track, if anybody interested let me know and we can see what we can set up. Gary Taylor Posted April 18, 2021 Author Share Posted April 18, 2021 Good morning everyone update and booking open for the JUNE "test" day at Kames track in Ayrshire on 6th June and We also have a Saturday / Sunday weekend (either day or both) on the 14th/15th August ( booking open end of June ) Details at present and are confirmed. Its a private day, cost is £450 divided by the number of cars. 9am -4.30pmthere is a clubhouse and kitchen. passengers allowed but all must wear helmets , cars must be safe It equates to approx 1 run per hour (1 run = out , flying and in lap) its a tight twisty track so ideally suited to our cars As places are strictly limited to 15 full days ( a half day is possible, so technically this would allow a couple more if some one wanted to do this) Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis with further interested folk added to a reserve list and given first refusal for august ( I think this is the fairest option) Booking and payment is through myself and I will coordinate this with the club. In the event of the day being cancelled I will organise either an alternative date or a refund as each individual wants. If an entrant cancels then he will receive a refund once his space is taken up.
