Don't bother with Wales

Just received a party political (Welsh Labour) piece of waste paper from my Assembly member (welsh parliament version of MP) he also happens to be first minister , saying how proud he is that his government is the first in the world to reduce the urban speed limit to 20 mph instead of 30 mph . If anyone living anywhere asks for the lower limit it is automatically reduced.

Their next stage is they want all roads in wales , motorways, dual carriages, a roads to have a maximum of 50 mph, only reason they have not done it so far is the national (uk wide white with black diagonal) speed limit signs would have to be replaced with number signs and there would need to be repeater signs every few hundred yards .  Enjoy the roads of Wales while you can.

One more reason to abolish the assembly. I know a lot of Welsh people and have yet to meet anyone who actually supports their ideas. Remember the guy who run it commissioned a report into the need for another M4 to by pass the Bryn Glass tunnels and open up the vast areas around to industry. After £50 million spent they concluded it indeed needed a new road but  Drakeford ignored the recommendations and said he knows there was no need for one. Maybe if this policy was in his mind then he will stop any industry locating there, decimate tourism so the roads will be fine.

Sadly no matter how wrong they are there will never be a Tory majority there as too many still blame them for closing the pits.
