Im all for the Philosophy of reporting the Cameras that are not sited in blackspots though, theres one that always parks on a downhill bit of dual carriageway near me which is obviously there to earn money and not protect the public.... Ironically hes not been around lately... Maybe the public are getting fed up... If more people sent back their forms unsigned and contested it then the more they would realise the driving public are not going to stand for it.
