V8 carbon plenum

I know this an exceptionally long shot but anyone got one of the Act v8 plenums lying around they wish to move on?

Hi Steve. Sorry I don't have one but if you find one I have the cork gasket to fit it. That picture is actually my car as Act made the first one for my car back in 2002.😀

@6carjon @kenton out of interest were there any performance gains with the act plenum vs the various other plenum options like the chopped up Westfield one or is the Act plenum just better for packaging/aesthetics?

Can't be sure as it came as part of a move from 4 litre to 5 litre and a doubling of horse power😀. Then I blew it up requiring another rebuild..... it was fine after a baffled sump was added.

When I had mine mapped earlier this year (293hp 310 lb at the wheels) they said the engine was being restricted by the plenum and the exhaust. 

On my previous car i had this set up.

If you can, ditch the air flow meter as its the most restrictive part of the intake. Mine now runs via an Emerald K6.

Cheers, i wouldn't be using anything other than the plenum itself, well possibly a v8 throttle body if mine wont fit. It will be possibly going on my 3.0 v6 if i can make a baseplate to suit so hopefully flow enough, i'm 2 cylinders and about 50bhp down at the wheels compared to yours.
