Hemsley Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 One for the telecoms engineers out there. I have acquired a digital telephone system with 5 x desk phones and 1 x DECT handset. It all works ok (did have 2 lines but I think it will handle more than that) and now that so much more business has moved online perhaps someone would be interested in this. AASTRA ASCOTEL INTELLIGATE 300 digital telephone system with 5 x "5370" desk phones and 1 x 630d DECT cordless phone. I fear it will be too old and too out of date to be of much use or value, but it irks me when good serviceable technology is thrown on the scrap heap. Quote

I have a couple of clients with ISDN lines that will need to migrate, but as I am leaving my current post it's not going to be my problem As for Hemsleys question, I think there are two choices. If you want to see some return you could always eBay it. Any money in is better than zero when looking at older equipment. Or if it just needs to be not on your desk anymore there's always freecycle. If it was me I'd put it on eBay and take whatever someone is willing to pay. Quote
