duncansaunders
Evening all, Have just been out to the garage after not looking at the car for a while and the roof now appears to be less than watertight. Any idea where I can get a good quality well fitting car cover for the westy? Didn't think I'd need this until the car was complete but ho hum! mud
get a new garage roof the advantages are as follows:- 1 better fitting than a car cover 2 cheaper 3 you still have to bale out the cover before you can remove it 4 when the missus finds out how much these cars REALLY cost you can sleep in a dry garage
Camel_Landy
Try Hamilton Classic. I've got one of their covers and does a decent job of keeping the water out. HTH Mark.
Mark Stanton
If you do get a cover ......... it needs to be breathable fibreglass stored under a damp cover with condensation can cause the fibreglass to go like orange peel (ish)
frubpato?
I went the tent route from Hamilton classic , as I have the same problem with the garage. Fits inside the garage, and I can work in it , keeps warm with a heater fan so I can work in those dry but cold days - not cheap but compared to the effect of a damp garage brilliant!
