One of the last narrow bodies so has the mounts for the later type of pedal box, and uses the later type steering column. (i.e. can be SVA’d easily). Had rear end damage, but this has been repaired to original specification. No registration number or document. Needs painting. Westfield fiberglass body panels, purple, with cycle wings. Body tub is damaged and has splintered into several parts at the rear LH side. Either replace, or possible repair. Aluminium chassis panels - as removed from the chassis. Scruffy, but could easily be used again. Suspension: Rear trailing arms, panhard rod, powder coated front wishbones. New CAT motorsport Poly bushes, Set of 2nd hand Spax dampers with springs, Cortina uprights, hubs and disks. New upper and lower wishbone ball joints. Escort axle with brackets welded on. New suspension nuts and bolts. Steering: Mk2 Escort steering rack, comes with rack clamps and new rubber bushes. New track rod ends. Allegro steering column – with dimensions for modification. Brakes: Rebuilt M16 calipers with new Ferodo pads, Rear RS2000 drums with new wheel cylinders, shoes in good condition. Escort handbrake lever and gaitor, Allegro handbrake compensator, New handbrake cables. Westfield Master cylinder, with fluid warning switch. Transmission: 3.89:1 Escort differential in good condition, comes with small drive flange. Unused Westfield propshaft, RS2000 Gearbox and mount, iron bellhousing and clutch fork. If required an 1100 Crossflow can be included in sale as well. Black vinyl hood (slight mark), with side screens and frame. Black windscreen uprights (scratched), Pair of Blue 4 point Willans Harnesses, E-marked, come with eye bolts. Wiper motor and arms – non Westfield. 4 off 6x13” Cosmic alloy wheels can be included. Price = £750. Might split parts if there is enough interest. Parts are in Newbury, Berkshire. None of the parts are attached to the chassis, so it could be easily put in the back of a van, or the chassis does fit onto the roof rack of a large estate car!
