When that happens i move back to a mix of cumberland sausages and chipolatas to stablish a working baseline, and then i slowly calibrate it to accept overseas food, but with some low quality meats you will still struggle. I Saw that coming and bought some stock... black pudding works great but stains my valve seats and they don't want to be sat there anymore. I will stick with the known.
