Needs to be done by a registered recycler. https://www.gov.uk/scrapped-and-written-off-vehicles Think you'll be lucky to just get them to collect it for free. I bought a tidy Sierra Sapphire for the engine and box. I deliberately left the lights and mint interior intact thinking I'd get more for it at the breakers.. Towed it to the yard.. said I wanted the wheels off it.. and the crane driver swung his grab claw round .. grabbed it by the roof smashing the windows.. lifted it a couple of feet while I removed the wheels.. ten minutes later it was a cube! 🙂 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
