love it...pretty extreme make over.....You may want to upgrade the brakes to deal with the extra weight:-)

@Jenko this pad needs testing ! How much does Millbrook cost to hire? In my relentless pursuit of comfort I had not considered this 🙄

I have to say when I saw the title next to your name @SXRORY I did give a little cry of Noooo! Phew! However as your AO I do want a full article on this conversion for the next Westfield World!

I did similar for my knobbly knees!

So this conversion had its first proper test today, and I don't know quite how I have managed it, but when driving its not big enough, my elbow does not sit there..... like at all. When in the design phase I did get in the car and pretended to drive (even making brum brum noises....you've all done it 😉). I ask myself how I can mess up sticking a foam pad but i have. 🙄 

(i do have more foam though👍)

I put them on my car, really helpful on long runs

Im sure with a little though you can rig up a slider mechanism, electrically controlled, perhaps with memory settings....

I don’t drive mine on the road any more, but the AR1s meant I kept hurting my snowflake knees on track!
