Carl Warren Posted May 2, 2020 Posted May 2, 2020 Any of you clever bunch know how to calibrate the throttle on a SCS Delta, it’s going in to limp mode when the throttle is pushed past a certain %. Carl Quote
Tim Reid Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 Carl is not sorted as I had a chat with him but for anyone else looking at this... With your foot off the pedal look at the "PPS1 Raw Voltage" figure on the right. Add 50 to this number and enter it it in the "pedal position sensor 1 min" field. Then put your foot hard on the pedal... No harder (my mistake was not pressing hard enough) then read the "PPS1 Raw Voltage" figure and subtract 50. Enter that into the "pedal position sensor 1 max". Now repeat for sensor 2 and make sure you look at the "PPS2 raw voltage" Quote

I'm not sure everyone will get rid of the buzzing noise but I would be interested to see. I've calibrated mine twice (once with an experienced tuner by my side) and he said it was normal. As for the map, I have no idea but your logic seems accurate as that is how you modify other parts of the ECU configuration. 1 Quote
Carl Warren Posted May 4, 2020 Author Posted May 4, 2020 Called SCS this morning, and Mathew said it can be done also, give them a call Tim. Im going to get home early so they can link up to the engine and check things over. It is a setting for my dash to read the can info, it’s in ECU configuration apparently Tim. Quote
