An update for members re the annual elections and the AGM

With Stoneleigh's postponement, or worse, we cannot hold our Club's AGM in the usual way, constitutionally, it has to be held between certain dates, and even if Stoneleigh does go ahead in August, it's too late for us.

 

So after a great deal of deliberation, the committee has decided to plan for the AGM happening, provisionally, at the Blyton Park, WSCC round of the Speed Series, on Saturday July 11th. (Time, to be confirmed)

 

As various things have to happen at certain times pre the AGM, elections included, we need a date to work around. Blyton is our plan B! Should the physical event not happen at Blyton, then we will use the same date to conduct a virtual AGM, instead.

 

Details will follow closer to the time.
