Broughton Pageant of Transport

I have been contact by the organiser of this event to see if any of our members are interested. The event is on the 4th and 5th July. The organisers know that it may not go ahead due to the virus but they still need to know who is interested. 
The Pageant is a quite large event that happens every year. On the Saturday there is a road run and treasure hunt. In the evening there is a barbecue, entertainment and real ale. Camping is available for car clubs.

Sunday is the main event day which is open to the public.  Broughton is in Hampshire near Romsey.

The Pageant has a website where all the information can be found. 
If this something you are interested in then please let me know ASAP so that I can let the organisers know how many cars to expect. Also If you are attending just the Sunday or both days and if you would like to camp.

Further to my original email. Please can you all go on to the Broughton Pageant of Transport website and fill in the registration form to say you are attending.

This evening I have been in contact with the event organiser. He says a final decision will be made three weeks before the event as to whether it takes place. He need to know how many members are coming so he can allocate us space on the field.
