Just drop Patrick or Jason an email with the stuff you were trying to order. I've had this a couple of times with discount codes and they've always sorted it afterwards if I've sent the email in during the discount period.

Yeah, was definitely logged in. Had to, to update my delivery address. Will try again later, but seems there's always some issue with these codes!

Just placed an order and code worked, did you type it all in upper case?

I tried last night a couple of times and it didnt work.  Copied and pasted it in.  No Joy

Apologies for the code not working fully... unsure of the reason. We checked the code here on phones and our computers prior to launching it. It was working effectively. 

 

We received a vast amount of orders where the code worked. I'll ask our tech support for some information, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

 

If you wish to PM what you require, I can manually apply the discount for you.
