Zetec vs Duratec

If you want a good reason why a duratec is a better bet than a Zetec, have a look at this thread on blatchat - according to Ammo it takes a days work to get Zetec to flow 135cfm through the ports whereas Duratec does it from standard

Ammo has a development head (which still has room for further work) that is flowing enough to give the potential of  258bhp. (read the thread for a better explanation - this is not something I'm expert in)
