Can anyone tell me if my membership is still valid? I've tried emailing and had no reply!

Also, I need to contact the AO rep, again I've emailed but no response, does anyone have a contact and phone number?

Hi Alan

Your current membership expired back in September 18, I've resent you a renewal invoice to your registered email address, just follow the link through to payment etc and you should be good to go !!

Ah! Yes the emails can end up in spam as you no doubt know
