Christmas break  :D

I finish work tomorrow (Friday) about lunchtime if I can sneak off to the pub early, till Monday the 5th of January  :xmas:  :xmas:

One of the joys of working in the building trade  :cool:

Oh yeah the wife works in a shop so she only gets 3 days off  ???

Me too...I always take a couple of weeks off for Christmas, mainly cos of the two sets of families we have to keep happy!

Our itinerary.

Finish work Friday 19th.

Work Christmas do Friday evening

Lunch with friends on Saturday. (80 mile round trip)

Leave for my mother's place Monday morning (180 miles)

Leave there on Boxing Day morning for Luned's mother's place (100 miles)

Leave there on 30th December to come home (220 miles)

Leave home again on morning of 31st December to travel to friends for New Year (140 miles)

Party the night away on New Year's Eve.

Leave friends on 2nd January to come home (140 miles)

Back to work on 5th January.

Will be nice to get back to work for a rest :D

Er, I finish Xmas eve at 2pm, have to go in for a couple of hours Xmas day to prepare the dough for Boxing day on which I start at 6am :down:

Finish 07:00hrs Xmas morning 48hours later Iam back that it

Nights for new years eve

2 day 2 afternoon 2 nights 48 hours off for 8 weeks then 16 days off [15.5 as I always finish off nights.

Bail out early on Christmas Eve and then popping in for a couple of day in the middle of the following week - won't actually be doing much work, but it saves on the holiday !! :)  Then off again until 5th of Jan.

My parents are coming to stay with us so I have the option of there being an "emergency" at work if they start to become pains in the   :arse:   :D

From tomorrow until 1st February, yes February.  It's not costing me any holiday either.
