Wide track shock mount bracket and spacer

Anyone have the bracket that connects the shock to the lower wishbone on the older style of wide track? Also the compression limiter sleeve?

I have a pair of these brand new. 

To be clear are they the brackets that allow the shocks from non widetrack to be fitted to widetrack wishbones?

Yep, those are the ones. Do you have the compression limiter spacer too?
