Will be at the event hopefully but have some tow car challenges so don't want to commit to this in case I cant make it.

 

Would love to come but do not want to leave you in limbo just in case.

 

If someone does drop out and you get a spare space at the last min please let me know and will see if i can get over in time

Just had a count up of the current bookings for our Friday night meal at Blyton

From the bookings at both places on the board room we currently have 19 (no duplications I hope) likely party goers to start the weekend with a swing!

This is a around 10 to 15 lower than we have had previously and can accommodate at the pub!

I need to finalise numbers shaortly so I need to know if we are going to be a more select band this year or if some more of you are just a bit late with your bookings?

Hi Again Folks

 

I have confirmed the Mini Bus rides based up 15 people using the service (2 Return Trips)

 

The first Pick -Up at the Raceway will be 7-15 pm and the first return from the pub at 10-15 pm

 

The price based upon 15 people will £3-00 per head  as per previous years!

 

If we have less than 15 then we will need to have a "whip round" to make up ant shortfall we have to pay Peter for providing the service.
