I'm going to swap the Pinto for a Fireblade.. started buying stuff.. found a exhaust manifold, bought it.. looked at an engine mount frame.. then had a passenger ride in a Megablade .. was seriously under whelmed! … …. decided to squeeze some more power from the Pinto. Tbf it was a carbed Blade car I rode in.. 125bhp maybe? two up.. 1 Quote

With such little power it would need to be LIGHT to be quick, and suitably geared. I had a Fury with that engine in and it was pleasantly nippy at 460kg and geared to about 125mph. I think the aero (well, reduced brick-ness) helped a lot though. You'll have to have a bash in the Lobster when its done Andrew! Quote

I get a lot of satisfaction hustling the old school Pinto around tracks, but If it goes bang, I think I'll be heading down the Duratec route. 1 Quote
