300lbs front, 150 lbs rear

Did he ask you any further questions about how you use the car, which suspension setup it is, etc? Just wondering because spring rates can vary a lot! FWIW I've used 300/150, 300/175 and 250/125 on my SEW, the last setup being by far the best.

For further info @AdamR are you using front and rear ARBs with the softer springs?

Front ARB only. IMO no need for ARB on live axle car.

Also forgot to add that tyre sizes make a big difference too (eg. if front and rear are same width or not)
