TerryC
Afternoon Could any of you computer experts out there help me with a small question. I have a HP OmniBook XE2 running Pentium 3 and 450 Mhz and Windows Me. It also has a Imation 8x8x24 CDRW Burner thingy with Nero software as a peripheral. Question is - how many beer tokens is the lot worth? I don't really use it, as it was purchased for my work and the offshore industry is pretty dead at the moment. So I thought I might as well sell it to raise some Westycash! What do you think? Terry ::
Pete Collins
Probably a couple of hundred quid - if you're lucky. Keep it if you can use it. The money you're likely to get ain't worth the hassle.
TerryC
Hmmm £300 would make the difference between me twiddling my thumbs in january and fitting my as yet ordered bodywork Terry
Persil
Low spec lappys still sell well. I often see 400mhz type laptops for 300-400 as long as the battery is a good un. Worth sticking on ebay or maybe the for sale forum on places like www.overclockers.co.uk . Good luck anyways.. Persil
Stuart
I recently bought a PIII 366Mhz Compaq for £230, and that was from a dealer and came with a month's warranty.
