:yes:

Should take under 1:30 hrs without traffic, but getting around Mancs sometimes can be a nightmare. 

What time for breakfast?

We're aiming to be at the ponderosa for around 9.15-30am..... bring on the big breakfast.....

Hey Rubber Duck,

10 - 4 , it sounds like we got ourselves a great big convoy!

Keep an eye out for those 'Bears in the air' and our long haired friends of Jesus in the micro bus.

Kris Kristofferson would be proud of us!

looking forward to the trip, (note to self) must make sure sun cream is waterproof!!!

Anyone heading up towards the horseshoe pass on the A5104 which runs between Pontblyddyn and Corwen be aware of the average speed cameras :ph34r:

If we don't get the forecasted thunder storms the road from the Ponderosa to Llangollen could be closed by the morning,the hill side is well alight and the fire is making it's way down towards the road :devil:

Oh yeah and the B4391 out of Bala towards llangynog was closed today,I can't find any info on line about why or for how long :(

mmmm interesting, will do a little homework on this one and if we have to move the breakfast stop so be it, I will keep everyone informed if anything changes......

from what I can see in the local media there are defo fires upon them hills but no road closures as yet, so for now assume everything is as per plan...
