Stuart Davis AO - Devon Cornwall & Somerset Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 Hope the chaps don’t mind me posting this. My car is not here but this was taken on Thursday night at the Dorset meet-up. Really good to meet everyone, hopefully my car will be joining in soon. 5 Quote
Richard (OldStager) Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 First car show in 30 years, huge turnout of classics of all types , Westys no so good just two, but seems we got to the bottom of that in the end 7 Quote

Richard (OldStager) Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 Wish I had these before posting my own ( much better quality and artistic view), but huge thanks to Peter of the Wirral WhatsApp group for taking the time to take one or two of mine , we eventually met up near the end of the show , so Thank you Peter 👍 7 Quote
BigSkyBrad Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 Out this afternoon to check part of next weekend's Mystery Run. On the way home, we popped down a no-exit road for a nosey and discovered a wee hamlet we'd not known of. 5 Quote
Richard (OldStager) Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 It won't be a Mystery Run if you know the route ( unless you are organising it ) 😄, also what's this hood up lark, has summer not got that far north yet 🤣 , to be honest I prefer mine with the hood up, it's just the build up of heat I can't deal with. BigSkyBrad Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 @Richard (OldStager) Far from tropical up here today, cool and a strong breeze, and as we were out for only an hour or so, I couldn't be arsed with taking the roof off ( I keep it on in the garage to keep it stretched). Quote

Popular Post AlanHodge Posted August 7, 2022 Popular Post Posted August 7, 2022 Run out round Glasson Dock and up to Jubilee Tower Quernmore. Clean tomorrow ready for Scottish Lowlands Mystery Tour next weekend. Weather looking good @BigSkyBrad👍🏼👍🏼 10 Quote

Stuart Davis AO - Devon Cornwall & Somerset Posted August 8, 2022 Posted August 8, 2022 Here is mine, safely tucked up in a fairly cluttered, but otherwise clean and dry garage. Have been out for a blat to Windsor and back this evening with my son who seemed to enjoy it 👍 Hoping to have it down in Somerset at my house by mid September 🤞 7 Quote

Fortunately being so light I just push the car in which is much easier to control than trying to reverse it in! Quote
Labrat Posted August 9, 2022 Posted August 9, 2022 A couple of shots of the Peak District meet disbanding from the Bull Yard on the A515 on Sunday. The nose of my car is just in shot. 8 Quote
