Or even one step further and a carbon fibre one There were some even better photo opportunities on the roads after the stop but I couldn't be bothered stopping as was having too much fun. 2 Quote

NigelO Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 I use Pountney Motor Services in Birmingham - bit of a back-street outfit, but the owner, John is very good and will work to a given budget if required. I've used him for several cars in the past - perhaps half a dozen or so. Quality is very good and he has no problem fixing something if it isn't right first time. Let me know if you want an introduction Quote
Andrzej Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 Engine and gearbox out for changing to H pattern dogbox with proper ratios in MT 75 case plus light flywheel and pinto clutch. Hope this do the job ... Cant wait to compare to MNR with 100kg lighter CBR 1000 engine+gearbox ... but parts supply from MNR .. ouch.. Kind of ugly side to side to Westfield Edit : zetec 2.0 with mt75 alternator and starter : 160 kg. Honda CBR 1000 65 kg 5 Quote
