I had a quotation from Christian for my Audi this week and he said that I would only be entered in the draw if I accepted the quote which I didn't think was correct! I ought to add that he had phoned me back to find out if I had received the quote and what I thought of it, I said in a nice way that I wouldn't be changing insurers for the sake of a £10 saving. So maybe his comment was based on that!

I didn't mean it in a negative way I only mentioned it because I thought entry to the competition was automatic and I saw the previous comments querying whether they had been entered into the competition.

Ha, I asked about the draw yesterday when I spoke to your advisor and he told me I would be entered when I paid for the renewal (which will be next week), not for when I spoke to him (yesterday).  Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to be in a draw, whatever the price, but staff need to get the facts straight

Indeed, the smal print on the promo flyers suggests that merely getting a quote is sufficient...

We kit car owners can be surprisingly effective at spotting small details, and remarkably pedantic about such things

A quote is sufficient and I will be having a word! - I have been chasing the quotations to make sure all quotes are being entered so don't worry you will have been in the draw.

I will however, be speaking to staff about how they are wording things re: the competition!
