Oh no - you can't do that! But you can post a wanted ad in the wanted section :d

BTW - we think it might be to do with IP addresses on mobiles and busy looking into it

Haha will try there. Didn't even see that section.

Thanks for the update on IP address :)

Well Now i'm having this issue too... but is slighly more serious.

I don't have landline at home, so I use 4g for everthing. Smart TV, desktop computers, tablets and phones.

I have re-started all my devices, including the phone. I have deleted login details from every device, deleted history and cookies.

Regardless of that, I'm still getting the message. It only works with my workphone, and with work computer and connection, not really trough my 4g connection.

I've been adviced to log off from the site, but I actually can't. As soon as I click I accept to the rules let me in, Baned message appears.

Re-starting the phone, switching from LTE to 3g and GPRS doesn't works either... Not sure what els can I try. :(

Have you tried your phone again since posting the above?

You could also now log out via the work connection, but I’d try from the phone first.

Yes. Now phone works.

I wonder if you just got trapped in some nasty loop by the update notice screen...

Good to see you back as normal now though.

As an aside, to the best of my knowledge, contrary to what a few may think, and what some may have claimed, no one has been banned from the club as far back as I can find, (which in practice means under the last three Chairmen). However a small number have chosen themselves, not to renew. (Though individual cases will not be discussed).

So, if you do find yourself seeing the BANNED message at log on, please don’t panic, it will be a technical issue, or mistake of some kind; try and email us, probably best to email Chris, webmaster@wscc.co.uk

No one would ever just be banned arbitrarily, out of the blue, without extensive communications first. It’s a very much last resort, that hopefully will never happen.

Ooooooo, but how I’d love to discuss a few of those individual cases...!   Just the thought of them gets me reaching for my club decanter and glass.  Paying £30 to join prevents almost, but not all horses’ arses from joining.  Happy days... :D
