Having spoken to our host, we will not be able to do this anytime soon. 

Kevin's (super) suggestion is to go for early spring and taking advantage of the collective expertise to sort out a few pre-season jobs on the day (an oil change was the example put forward).

I have asked Kev to propose a late March date and will keep you all posted.
