Customer Service - to another level...

I was in Richer Sounds Cheltenham on Saturday giving them even more of my money and I noticed Paul talking to an old boy and when I say old, easily in his 90's and frail as anything.

From ear wigging, it sounded like the old boy was looking for a new remote for a TV or something like that. Which RS did not stock.

First off they had found him a chair to sit on and even though it was Saturday lunchtime and busy as hell, Paul was offering to go down the road to Maplins and buy him the gadget.

So its a busy day, the old boy is looking to spend £20 and will not be dropping thousands in the future but the staff are still prepared to go to another shop and get him what he needs.

bl**** outstanding and that's why even if I can save a few quid by getting a new toy from the interweb, I would rather keep shops like RS in business..!

Will write it up when I get back from honeymoon, don't want to dwell on it as it very nearly ruined the day. Thankfully @BCF was amazing.

Will be wanting some advice when I get back.

I'm thinking thin walls , squeeky beds , etc etc = complaints to management from all angles :d

joking aside , sincerely hope that whatever the reason for eviction it was well earned :t-up:

Oh and congrats !
