The sun came out for us at last. Wonderful beach at Durness and brilliant roads. Well all but one!!!

Another cracking run out today over to Lairg then up the side of Lock Shin to Laxford Bridge,Then back down the coast road to Ullapool.

Was it on the single track road that leads from near Durness down to the Crask Inn.

Not sure if it was that road, Geoffrey, it came out near the Althanarra Hotel.

We went down it also and it has certainly deteriorated since the last time I went down.

Not sure, Geoffrey, it came out near the Altahanarra Hotel. Noticed the oil pressure dropping, switched it off as it hit zero and coasted into a layby. Luckily no engine damsge. Local garage fixed it in a day.
