Captain Colonial
Don't forget the club's other big event of the year, the Silverstone Classic! Tickets are on sale now and you'll get the best prices if you book before the end of March, plus an infield pass to bring your Westfield on to the club stand on the Wellington Straight and enjoy the action close up! Last year was our first time at the event and it proved to be immensely popular with high demand to add it to the regular club calendar, which we did! More details available here - get 'er booked up! Simon Marks - North Oxfordshire AO
I shall be there on Friday and Saturday (I am committed to a stage rally in Wales on the Sunday). As a man of divided loyalties, I shall be up one day in my Westfield Eleven and the other in my Renault Clio V6. I really hope that the weather is dry on the day I book to bring up the Eleven! Valey80
I'm heading here with the family for my dad's 60th birthday. Will be in my new Westie I collect July 15th. Tickets only just secured though so no saving. Is there any way I'd be able to drive to the infield to the club stand or are we all sold out??! Ali and Gail
The gang watching group c cars from Club. There were also plenty of spins and near misses in previous races as the track was wet
Kingster
The racing last night was absolutely brilliant. Made more so by the entertainment factor of the rain (for spectators anyway). The little Austin A30/35s were like top heavy roller skates on an ice rink the GT cars were great to watch with a good view of the drivers and how they were struggling to hold the cars straight.
