Im not overly keen on chopping the top off, seems like a recipe for disaster and an article in the Liverpool echo! we have pretty much ruled out the prospect of using it if its a gas line anyway, just need to make sure its safe. You cant really ignore the issue now , its gone too far , we all need to know the answer or to quote the words of an infamous doctor ...
