Geoffrey Carter (Buttercup) Posted October 5, 2016 Author Posted October 5, 2016 More great news Ali. Are you joining us for the last three days at Killin. The place is lovely if you get a falls view room. Here are details of the ferry to the Orkneys. http://www.northlinkferries.co.uk/ports/scrabster/ Its 70 miles from Durness so it will be an early breakfast and then.....away we go. Here are the details for the Falls of Dochart Inn at Killin. You will get brownie points from the Mrs if you stay here. http://www.fallsofdochartinn.co.uk Here is the bedroom I stay in. it has the comfiest bed in the world and I have never slept so good. Cheese burger and chips from the inn. Haggis, neeps and tatties from the inn. And these are the waterfalls that the inn overlooks. The white building is the inn and the top floor windows are the front bedrooms that overlook the falls. Its lovely to sleep with the window open. Quote
