North Coast 500

Whilst on tour with Smeg we were told of the North Coast 500 whish is a 500 mile route round Scotland.

The map was brilliant and had view points and petrol stations on it.

We did part of the route on our tour; but look who are the corporate sponsors...

Why WSC don't you publish this in your mailshots; increase participation; we are your greatest adverts for the brand... We had more photos taken of us than the Commando Memorial.

The Wirral and North Wales lads have been planning to do the NC500 for months, we go on Tuesday 6th September. Didn't realise that Westfield Sports Cars were a sponsor. The One Show on BBC last week featured two episodes covering the NC500 and it was driven in a Westfield.

I had one of their email news shot about it a few months back, it's been discussed on here a few times too and it's on Facebook quite a bit.

If anybody wants any info on the NC500 I was involved in the setting up of the concept (and also got EVO magazine to do ECOTY last year)

Whats your itinery?

Sorry, only just seen your post.

Great trip, although a tad damp at times. Overnight stops were Fort Augustus, Applecross, Lochinver and Fort William. Went up to Durness travelling the west coast then to Fort William down the middle.

Already planning next year.

John.
