So a 20 mph speed limit will not alter the enjoyment of driving through the tunnel. The newspaper has probably highlighted it to more boy racers as it is relatively unknown and not on a road you would just drive past on your way to get somewhere.

 

Indeed, and there is a decent change they will not police it anyway, and you will just have more people doing it more often.

 

Sadly however it also means the they can gun you doing 25 and slap 3pts and a fine on some one likely just going about their job and dangler up their insurance premium and licence for years to come.

 

Stupid world in which we live!

On the plus side, I have just googled it, and its only half an hour away. If this rain stops briefly.......
