'cars not complying with road going classes' sorry, tyres again

Sorry to drag this up again,

But sometime ago there was a link to a club, or event who had created a class for the above cars. Ie running 1c tyres in road going.

Can someone give me a link to such an event entry?

I'm trying to use it as evidence to persuade our local organisations to do the same.

WSCC SS draft for 2016

http://forum.wscc.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic/116848-wscc-northampton-motorsport-speed-series-2016-regs/

"Classes C&D, E&F are essentially the same as 2015 and most importantly will be able to run tyres from list 1C. A big request from a lot of competitors. However to do so you will on the day have to enter the Modified Specialist Production Classes if you run 1C tyres. You can also still enter these classes running 1B tyres and running on the day in the Road Going Classes. It’s up to you which tyre choice you make, but our Target times will be based on 1C tyres. However in C&D please note the new regulation which does not allow modified Crank Strokes. If you run 1C tyres then whilst the car remains in road going condition you will not need Tax, MOT & Insurance, instead it will require and MSA Competition Log book approximately £ 32 from an MSA Scrutineer. This reduces the costs a bit and helps pay for a HANS."

Do I read this correctly and therefore list 1c tyres are able to be used?

I'm not sure as the link points to 2015 regs and has no mention of List 1C tyres.  List 1C did not exist in 2015 MSA Blue Book.
