kevip6
Did a little bit more over the weekend, mounted the ECU back on my old ECU tray so I can move the wiring around a bit: and made this lovely (if I do say so myself) Carbon panel from the offcut of the Dash panel: As I wasn't sure if the fuel levels would be easy to setup on the Dash2 and I wasn't convinced by the Savage switches just yet so I thought I'd mount everything out of the way on a separate panel so I don't have to rush to get new switches, etc.. So this obviously controls the lights, the other switches are the horn and the switch for the data logger
kevip6
Have a couple of Dash2 wiring questions but have put them in a new thread here: http://forum.wscc.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic/119498-race-technology-dash-2-wiring-and-fuses/ In case they are relevant for others. To summarise, I'm unsure on how to connect the small fuses required by the Dash2 and also how to connect a number of sensors to the Dash2 via the 5v reference out
kevip6
After getting most of the wiring in place the fuel gauge is not working, I have created a thread here for help: http://forum.wscc.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic/119619-voltage-to-fuel-tank-sender-really-low/ Thanks as always for any help! In the mean while I have started fitting my new carbon tunnel panel:
