Garry Bunn - Derby & Notts Joint AO Posted August 5, 2014 Share Posted August 5, 2014 Ok.... a question for the observant ones who spent some time queuing on the A11 Elveden bypass on Sunday..... on both sides of the road about 100 yard intervals about 12feet from the edge of the carriageway there were smallish constructions made from blocks of timber say 8"*5" *3 feet long 4 or 5 bolted together in 2 plies and connected by some sort of box section about 4 feet long and 6"*2" in section.
