Probably helped in a very small way in that when I arrived for a 10.00 booking, guy said "I'm ever so sorry mate, the computer's packed in, I can't log on." " oh no, your joking" I said " let's have a look".......... And duly sorted it. What did I do......pulled the plug out and put it back of course!!!
