He had owned an original but the running costs and insurance had been horrendous. The replica looks the same, performs the same but costs a fraction to run. Yes some of the past creation have been eyeball searing bad, however, as Dave said, the work that has gone in does not sometimes reflect the end result. Choice is the key, if you want a Bulldog or a Rickman Ranger for a few hundred pounds, if it is what they want and are happy great. If you can afford an Ultima equally great.
