Starting my winter mods now. 1st up ....the rad has gotta go.

Which polo one do I need ( no time to search right now)

I recall something about some manufacturers cores being better than others??

Anyone ?

The one you want is much lighter available from a well known car manufacturer  :p  :p  :p  :p  :p  :D  :D      :D  :p

Scott

I got my Polo rad from euro car spares part number

203440491 £42.95 plus VAT.

Had to cut off the westfield mountings and make up my own,the bottom hose is very close to the chassis so put the hose on while fitting the rad.

The highest temp i have logged while hillclimbing this year was 82 deg C with 215 BHP Zetec.

Hope that helps

Peter
