If you've already passed SVA, you could ride around with a passengerless seat or a seatless passenger space without impunity, belt or no belt. scott beeland Posted May 30, 2003 Share Posted May 30, 2003 If you're in roadgoing you need to have a passenger seat fitted. If in modified (class f) then you don't have to.
